Conference Leave Request Form for Residents - PGY-1 to PGY-5 Conference leave requests for PGY-1 to PGY-5 must be completed and submitted prior to conference for approval by program director.

​1. Travel and Professional Development Guidelines for Residents Guidelines are reassessed at the end of each academic year. Questions may be directed to the department APO (780.735.4899). To claim travel expenses, please refer to the Travel & Expense Claim Form in the Department Forms Cabinet .​
​2. Conference Leave Policy for PGY-1 (Core Surgery) Residents
​3. Urogynecology Meeting Support (ongoing) ​The Urogynecology Division in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology will fund one U of A OB/GYN resident per year to attend the annual meeting of the American Society of Urogynecology to a maximum of $2,000, upon submission of an abstract to the meeting that is relevant to the field. Please submit your abstracts to Dr. Schulz or Dr. Flood for consideration. Funding is subject to review on an annual basis.
